We research and develop the ABS comprehensive tester including the hardware, software and equipments independently, which breakthroughs the difficulties that the brake tester could not test in high speed in real time and could not test the four-wheel driven vehicles. The technology fills a gap in domestic and foreign, and has obtained the invention patent certificate.
We research and develop the automatic wheel alignment tester successfully, and its core is rear wheel and vehicle body reliable positioning and front wheel turntable center positioning, which overcomes the existing alignments' drawbacks(no standard benchmarks and no central positioning with front wheel), and ensures the accuracy of the measured parameters, solves the situations of auto plant importing expensive four wheel alignment. This technology has filled domestic blank, and obtained the invention patent certificate.
We research and develop auto chassis comprehensive tester and get the patent, which has two breakthroughs, one is high speed dynamic test, including acceleration, stall detection, axle load and brake system detection, ABS detection, speedometer detection and so on, the other one is test state is closest high speed state. This technology changes the situation that the vehicle manufacturers rely on importing ABS or automatic wheel alignment, which could be used in all the vehicle company, it is first in our country.
